We understand that every patient has unique medical requirements, and we offer customized care plans that are tailored to meet those needs. Our care plans are designed to be customer-friendly, and we provide our patients with the freedom to choose their own customized care plan.
In addition to our major care services, we also provide a range of general care services that are essential for maintaining the overall health and well-being of our patients. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Skin care
- Transfer, positioning, and turning
- Basic home exercise (massage)
- Testing and recording blood sugars
- Taking and recording blood pressure
- Preparing meals for the patient
- Monitoring oxygen levels
- Checking body temperature
- Accompanying the patient to doctors' appointments
- Assisting with eating and hydration
- Proper feeding techniques
- Maintaining a healthy environment
- Assisting with range of motion exercises and ambulation (walking)
- Dementia care
- Caring for supplies and equipment for the patient
- Any other care service requested by the patient

Our Care Plans
At Bonicare, we believe in providing our patients with the opportunity to choose their own customized care plan. Our care plans are customer-friendly and designed to cater to our patients' unique needs.
Our care plan options include:
- Daytime care from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Nighttime care from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Both day and night care
- Live-in plan, where we station a nurse or caregiver at the patient's home.
